David A. Tabata, D.D.S.

Dr. Tabata is a native of Southern California. He is a graduate of the University of Southern California Dental School where he completed his undergraduate, dental and orthodontic special training. Dr. Tabata received his certificate in Orthodontics from USC in 1979. He has been in private practice since 1981.

Dr. Tabata's interests include surfing, tennis, piano and auto racing.
